Liz Earle 3-Step Programme

Liz Earle Cleanse and Polish Hot Cloth Cleanser, Instant Tonic Boost and Skin Repair Moisturizer

Liz Earle 3-Step Programme

One word. Impressed.  For the last two weeks, I have been religious in using the three-step programme – cleanse, tone and moisturize and I am pleasantly surprised.  My skin is the clearest it has ever been ( the only time I could  have said this was when I was on antibiotics to help clear it up)  – the acne, pimples, milia have been kept at bay.

For starters, two pumps of the Cleanse and Polish is more than enough.  Massage onto dry skin over your face and neck – then rinse the pure muslin cloth provided in hand-hot water, before wringing out and wiping off the cream on your face.  Rinse and repeat.  Urghh, the smell of this cleanser is gorgeous, the Eucalyptus Essential Oil infused in this cleanser really becomes apparent as soon as you use it – it really is lovely!

Follow this up with Instant Boost Skin Tonic, an alcohol free toner.  This is surprisingly very light and refreshing. I hate toners that feel heavy on my face.  The smell of this product, yet again, is lovely lovely lovely.

Last but not least, the moisturizer – there are a few you can choose from, Skin Repair for Normal/Combination skin or Skin Repair for Dry/Sensitive skin, which of course, I had to choose.  Soaks in the skin quite readily and again, not too heavy on the face. If I had one gripe, it would be that on a few occasions, in the morning I noticed the bits around my nose and forehead a little oily – but these instances were far and few between – and this might be 100% my fault by lathering on too much moisturiser, it certainly did my face a lot more good than not!

Verdict – I am definitely buying this again.  It is not the cheapest thing out there in the markets, but it had kept my skin at bay for 2 weeks now – a very impressive feat. I would recommend this to everyone.

I am not at all surprised that the Cleanse and Polish Hot Cloth Cleanser is a multiple award winner – thoroughly deserved.
