Name: Body Shop Seaweed Ionic Clay Mask

I know for a fact that clay has a compound within it that draws out impurities – I have had a few clay masks that did just that but left my skin looking a little dull a few days after. This Seaweed Ionic Clay mask promises to draw out impurities, clarify the skin and leave it refreshed. Sounded promising so I bought it, at £12 – it’s a hefty tag for such a small pot, but I thought I’d give it a go anyway. It does not smell of anything nice or horrible really and looks rather dull (the grey colour is not so appealing!) but it’s what it does to your skin that counts – right? So on it went and I felt that you didn’t need so much to cover the face, which was great as at £12 a pop, it was an expensive treat.
After 5 minutes – my face began to itch – I left it on as I thought it was working perhaps. 5 minutes later – my face began to have an almost burning sensation. I couldn’t take it any longer – off it came.
I won’t be buying this anymore – my skin had such a bad reaction to it.
Get it here if you think your skin is not as sensitive as mine,
